Megapolis Hotel Panama, Panama City

I was thrilled that our suite was available from 10 a.m. without any extra charge; however, the rooms were a bit dark, and the layout and elevators were somewhat confusing. The check-in at 9 a.m. for our suite was greatly appreciated.

The hotel has a spectacular view and offers clean, spacious rooms with a 'hard rock' touch. However, my room was not ready until 5 pm. The service was friendly enough but lacked warmth. The location is convenient with direct access to a sky bridge and a mall nearby. The dining experience was great with a variety of choices. The facilities were adequate.

The hotel offers large rooms with 2 queen beds, very comfortable for us and our kids. The rooms are spacious but a bit dim. The service provided by the staff is exceptionally friendly and warm, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The location is nice, with some restaurants and bars nearby. The dining experience was enjoyable with good food options. The facilities are well-maintained and the value for money is reasonable.

Despite some downsides, overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

However, the partnership with Discovery Panama/Luna Tours was a letdown, and the hotel's refusal to deliver an urgent phone message to my room was disappointing.
